I provide two classes each week which have been designed to improve cardio capabilities, strength, coordination and balance as well as confidence and self-esteem.
These are fun, no-ego, friendly classes which anyone can take part in. During each class you are encouraged to push your own limits, not live up to others. No class is the same, which keeps the classes exciting and prevents your body from hitting a plateau, encouraging continuous improvement in your physical fitness.
Classes have young male athletes training for triathlons working with and alongside mature female students who are just looking to improve their overall strength and fitness. Everyone’s personal journey is different but we all work together to help each other improve, everyone brings something different to the group and everyone can take something new from it.
Physically pushing your body can result in stiffness and painful muscles but that doesn’t mean you have to suffer!
Looking after your muscles, ligaments and tendons following a good physical workout (and at any time between) can help ease the effects of physical activity, improve the recovery time and help prepare your body better for physical exertion, improving flexibility and suppleness.
On top of the physical benefits all these massages help to relax the body and mind, relieving physical and emotional stress and tension and allowing you to mentally switch off.
